Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Balm (born on November 24, 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. She was previously a presidential candidate and an anchor on television at MSNBC, a regular contributor to The Huffington Post and former co-host of The Hill's Rising along with Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball made it clear in the month of May that they would be leaving the show to start their own project, Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is a cohost of the show Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared on Fox News, CNN, Fox News, Fox News, Fox News, as and programs such as Real Time With Bill Maher. As of 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball attributes her passion for politics due to the fact that she became a mom during the 2008 primary elections, and also was able to watch the US presidential election results while living in Jordan. She was able to observe how the election affected the people of that country, and came to appreciate for US politics' global impact. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee in Virginia's 1st District of the Congressional Congress in 2010, losing to Rob Wittman, who is the incumbent Republican. She co-hosted the MSNBC show The Cycle from June 2012 until July 2015. In May of 2017, she created the People's House Project, a political action committee that works for Democratic causes.
